Unlike other handyman or office maintenance companies in London, Man That’s Handy London handymen company do NOT CHARGE CALL OUT CHARGES OR SPECIALIST TOOL FEES. Our minimum job charge is an hour labour. After the first hour you will be billed half hourly.

Handyman London and Office maintenance London

Rates and Charges:

Monday to Friday. We start our appointments at 8am. The last 1 hour appointment is at 4:30pm.

NO CALL OUT FEES or CHARGES then

£40 for first hour
£20 for each half hour thereafter

£260 for a full day’s work 8am – 5PM (8 hours of work plus 1 hour of lunch)

Electrician London Rates and Charges:

NO CALL OUTFEES or CHARGES then

£70 for first hour

£35 for each half hour there after

Full day rates are available on request

Each job is priced individually

All our reliable London handymen and office maintenance London do fixed price work as well.

London Handyman with Free Estimates & Quotes:

Most of the time an accurate and free estimate or quotation of the time needed to do a job will be given over the phone. Should you require a formal quotation a £20 quotation fee may apply. This is refundable should you accept the quotation.

London Handyman who source Materials:

It is always best for you to source the materials for the odd jobs you need us to do. However, Man that’s Handy London handymen are more than happy to source materials for you.

You will be billed for the cost of the materials plus 15% as well as the sourcing time required for getting the materials. Our London Handymen carry a wide range of stock needed for the most common jobs, so we will generally have what we need on site.

Parking Charges

These are not included.

Man That’s Handy London handymen will add it at the end of you bill.
